Beyond Digital Systems began life in 2000 as Icion Systems, with the view of supplying audio-visual solutions to the retail and estate agency sectors.
Approximately 18 months on and news of our exciting and innovative solutions had spread throughout the industry and demand was higher than ever. November 2002 saw the organisation register as a limited company and our name became synonymous with estate agent screen technology.
Since 2002, we have been one of the driving forces in what is known as "digital signage". The directors were mainly from the service industry and as such the company philosophy centres around providing the highest levels of customer service.
One of the biggest challenges early on was finding technology capable of running for long periods of time without failures. It was this that prompted ys to develop relationships directly with technology manufacturers in order to work together and provide enviable levels of product reliability.
As the digital signage revolution begins to gather serious momentum, our offerings now include consultancy, content design, project management, maintenance, media distribution, network management, product design and implementation.
In 2009, we became Beyond Digital Systems and plan to continue our philosophy of research and development, OEM, manufacture, high service levels and – most importantly – creating products that will make an impact and generate return on investment.
